Healing From Within

Conversations of Sai S. Suresh with Guru

Baba says – now a days people are using body power first and then allow mind to think. It should be ideal to think well first and then act appropriately and as necessary to have the right and desired results.

Baba says – Stress is the mother of all diseases. He says, one would feel stressed because even small things are sufficient to feel stressed out. An example would the anxiousness one carries when children or husband not back home at the scheduled time.

Our mind and body work in tandem with each other. Mind constantly interacts with the body. For example, when one is angry, the emotive feelings are seen with the eyes turning red,  face looking devilish &  fierceful.. When Baba is asked as to why does this happen? Baba says, when the  mind is still under development and when the body overtakes the mind, such things do happen to appear. It means that mind should think well and mature to allow the body to act and and not vice versa. Constant practicing and the training of the mind is to be done by meditation, and there will be still a long way to go to master it. Mind is the determining factor for our health, wealth or death.

When in conversation with Baba about stress and when Baba is asked – "How can one come out of this stress for nowadays the environment is so bad as people pick up fight even on trivial matters."   Baba would laugh and say – "The environment has always been there from Threthatyug. When Draupadi was in distress and was being insulted and abused in front of everyone who were just mute spectators, she did one thing is to call Lord Krishna. Her soul vibes engulfed the three lokas and engulfed Krishna came to her rescue."
